General Podiatry
This is where we obtain your medical history and carry out base line assessments including full podiatry treatment. This includes treating callus, corns, nails, ingrown toe nails and cracked heels.
The appointment lasts for fifty minutes at a cost of £50
Diabetic Screening
Anybody with diabetes should have their feet checked annually.
During this appointment the podiatrist will check the blood circulation and your light touch sensations within your feet. Any loss of sensations will increase the risk of an ulcer and therefore a management plan will be put in place whereby your feet are checked more regularly.
The cost for this is £35
Verruca Treatments
A verruca is a wart on the foot caused by the human papillomavirus. They are very contagious and most often contracted from communal changing areas, swimming pools, public gyms.
Treatments include Cryotherapy (freezing of the lesion) via spraying liquid nitrogen on to the verruca to destroy the infected skin cells. Other treatment options include verruca needling, silver nitrate and salicylic acid.
Prices start from £50 and vary depending on the treatment option chosen.
Biomechanics

Once assessed many biomechanical problems can be treated with prescription insoles together with a tailored rehabilitation plan.

We are able to offer nail surgery for ingrowing toenails that have not responded well to conservative treatments. This treatment is only available after your initial assessment to determine your suitability for this treatment and will be carried out at one of our partner clinics.
